Paragon Alliance Innovation is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Clearwater, FL.

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Inspector to join our Telecom team. This is a field-based position working outdoors alongside an active construction crew. Qualified candidates will receive hands-on training for their daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction blueprints to verify the scope, accuracy, and quality of work in the field
• Conduct routine inspections of telecom construction activities to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards
• Identify and document deficiencies, deviations, or safety concerns and communicate findings clearly to the field team and project leadership
• Maintain accurate and thorough daily records, inspection reports, and field documentation
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of underground utility systems and safe digging practices
• Manage time effectively across multiple inspection points or job sites as needed
• Serve as a reliable point of contact between the field crew and project management

• Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic
• Resourceful problem-solver who can think on their feet in the field
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions

Compensation & Training Candidates with the relevant background will be fully trained on daily responsibilities, processes, and company standards. Compensation commensurate with experience.
